The company strives to keep customers happy and supported through the UV equipment sales procedure and continuing with after sales support on a long term basis. Key services offered are:

INTRODUCTORY CUSTOMER PRESENTATIONS

Customers are given presentations that explain our business and highlight the key aspects and advantages of using our company and our UV equipment.

Presentations are mostly offered at customer’s premises and are usually done on a no charge basis.

SITE AND APPLICATION ASSESSMENT

UV Water Systems can offer full and detailed assessment of UV applications.

These are usually done on site and at no charge.

The company will assess site conditions, design parameters and UVT values, which will enable us to offer cost-effective UV equipment that will be best suited to the application.

SUPPLY OF EQUIPMENT

The company offers various options with regard to the supply of equipment. These may include all or some of the following:

Supply and delivery of the equipment.
Installation of the UV equipment (limited to South Africa).
Software and mechanical integration of the UV equipment.
Commissioning of the UV equipment.
Training of equipment operators.

AFTER-SALES SUPPORT

UV Water Systems offers full after-sales support, which includes:

Email reminders to customers with regard to maintenance required on equipment.
Keeping stock at our premises of selected components for emergency requirements.
Supplying components for all systems sold by the company.
Telephonic and internet support as a first level of support.
On site servicing and repair of equipment.
Regular site visits to check operation of equipment.
Training and refresher courses for equipment operators.

UV Water Systems keeps an up-to-date database of all UV systems sold.

This allows for easy access to critical and non-critical system information, maximizing fast response times and accurate troubleshooting.
