COMPREHENSIVE AND STATE-OF-THE-ART UV TECHNOLOGY
UV Water Systems has one of the largest product ranges available. We supply and support the full range of atg UV Technology equipment, including those UV systems that have been validated by independent 3rd party bioassay testing.
SX AND SW RANGES - MEDIUM PRESSURE
Featuring the very latest in medium pressure UV lamp technology in both single and multi-lamp configurations, the in-line UV reactors provide optimum flow distribution and hydraulic performance. The SX and SW ranges offer solutions for a variety of water treatment applications, with flows up to 5,000 m³/hour in a single UV system. The SX range is independently 3rd party validated according to the USEPA UVDGM.
ECL/ECP/ECF RANGES - MEDIUM PRESSURE
Using medium pressure UV lamp technology, these two ranges offer compact, in-line chamber design for use in applications in industries, drinking water and aquatics. Many of the ECP/ECF systems are independently 3rd party validated.
WF RANGE - MEDIUM PRESSURE
These are the latest systems from atg UV Technology. They are probably the world’s most compact UV systems using medium pressure UV lamp technology. Independent 3rd party validation is currently being undertaken.
UVLA RANGE - LOW PRESSURE AMALGAM
This range offers high quality single and multi-lamp UV systems using the latest Amalgam low pressure UV lamp technology. UV lamps of up to 340 Watt are used in these systems. Solutions are available for a number of applications and the single lamp systems are ideal for smaller flows.
UVLX AND UVLW RANGES - 800WATT LOW PRESSURE AMALGAM
Both the UVLX and UVLW ranges use very high output 800 Watt Amalgam low pressure lamp technology. The UVLX range is ideal for municipal drinking water and larger industrial applications where Amalgam low pressure UV lamp technology is required. The UVLW range is designed for municipal waste water and industrial waste water applications where Amalgam low pressure UV lamp technology is needed. Both ranges offer excellent performance at low operational power.
SSL RANGE - MEDIUM PRESSURE
Using medium pressure UV lamp technology, the SSL range offers a solution for liquids with low transmittance. The UV chambers for these systems are specially designed with a narrow path length to offer good disinfection performance for liquids such as sugar solutions.
ATEX/IECEX HAZARDOUS AREA UV SYSTEMS AND PACKAGES
Atg is the worlds’ leading supplier of ATEX and IECEX certified UV Systems and skid packages for operation in hazardous area Zones 1 and 2. In addition atg UV Technology is the only UV manufacturer in the world to specialise in ATEX and IECEX certified equipment for the oil, gas and petrochemical sectors.
Atg UV Technology designs are suitable for ATEX Zones 1 and 2, and can accommodate Temperature Classification T3 and Gas Groups IIA, IIB and IIB+H2 as standard. Atg UV Technology can provide either standalone UV systems, or fully integrated ATEX skid package designs featuring all required equipment such as valves, filters, pumps and instrumentation.
